Hello, you mean M.S. in the US - US offers the M.S. degree which is after the formal 10+2+4 degree course in India. A lot of universites in US offer a post graduate course in VLSI - MIT, Stanford, UC Berkeley, University of Illinois, UCLA to name a few. The universities do need a GRE and TOFEL score
