I join SOL Delhi University in 2006, after IInd year I leave study because of some family reason, Now can I get direct admission in IIIrd y?

The maximum allowable time to complete a 3 year degree is 6 years. Since, you must have taken admission in 2005, you are already time bar in 2012 and hence, can not re-join your degree. Still, as @||aru.chopra|| suggested, approach to your college Registrar for clarification.
