I joined B.Tech in 2022 & I was absent all days in my 1st semester. I didn't give internals. What should I do now?

You need to reappear in all subjects of semester-1 on medical or some other appropriate reasons (Please ask to your college). Otherwise new admission in B.Tech will too costly for you.
