I joined Engineering at VTU last year but discontinued. Can I join Engineering 1st year in another college?

<p>Yes, college change is allowed in Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU). For this, college change NOC can be issued for 3rd semester after branch change process is completed at college level. For this, the following conditions must be fulfilled:&nbsp;</p><p>Admissions in any branch should not be less than 75% of the admissions in the respective branch/branches at 1st year level.&nbsp;</p><p>Branch change has to be done at college level only.&nbsp;</p><p>Branch change is not allowed for B.Arch./B.Plan.</p>
