I Joined IGNOU in 2007- BA, couldn't complete 3 yrs only completed 1 year,do i have to take re-admission again or i can continue, pls advise

Can I continue with the same course or I need to start from 1st year once again , pls provide me with the way ahead.

There are other universities which take lateral entries. You can take admission in MDU,KSOU,MBU, directely into 2nd year, Gap year does not matter..
