i am electrical engineer graduated in 2007.i got my job in icici bank ltd as probationary officer,after my training i joined icici as assistant manager in aug,2008 since than i am with icici bank in various roles
in branch banking.now i want to enhance my designation by persuing MBA suggest me

Since you have more than 4 years of work-experience, I would suggest you to go for Executive MBA with finance as major.
A few colleges offering executive MBA with 3 year work-experience as cutoff are SIBM Pune, SIBM Bangalore etc.

Congrats!! on a securing a good job in ICICI Bank. As you have more than 3 yrs experience you can join for EMBA which will be very useful for you. This course is for one year and has tremendous potential in the country and abroad.
