distance engineering is not a valid course.and ksou itself not valid better to go with other option.

http://www.telegraphindia.com/1150924/jsp/nation/story_44229.jsp for updates. Anyway, universities are not permitted to run courses outside their territory of jurisdiction. AMIE / AMIETE/ AMIME / AMICE / AMAeSI etc are considered equivalent to B Tech in industry.
