I joined SBI as a PO in 2011. At present, I am a manager and my total perks amount to 20 LPA. Shall I think of switching my job now?
I am a single mother to a 7 year old daughter. Should I consider executive MBA from IIM A, B, C or ISB now? I am 37 and don't want to continue here due to various reasons. Will I get a better package now after IIM? Which sectors can I move in? Can I do something to enter IT? Please guide.
