I jst completed my 12th comm. with 60%in march 2013 i wanna make my carrer in bank coureses so what i have to do n how?

I am only 18yr old n i heard abt P.O. N Assistant manager of bank in dis course n i wanna do assistant manager or P.O. COURSE i dnt have information about it so plzzzz give me directions for it. its about my carrer n whole life too. plzzzzzzzzzzzz.
