I just cleared my 12th with nonmedical & I was excellent in maths. What should be the next step? What should I choose: B.Tech or B.Sc?

I will surely get above 80% in 12th and above 90 marks in maths.

I suggest you to choose B.Tech over B.Sc because B.Tech is more professional and job oriented course than B.Sc.

If you want to be in maths, only then go for B.Sc. Or if you want to go for technical line, then go for B.Tech. While doing B.Tech, no maths is required basically in profession. And if you go in B.Sc, then you can stay in your maths line and become maths professor even by doing Ph.D.
