I just completed intermediate and am excited to pursue MBBS. Which integrated course should I pursue to become a doctor?

MBBS in itself is an integrated course. It is a 5.5 year (4.5 years academic education + 1-year mandatory internship) UG degree programme leading to the two degrees as Bachelor of medicine and bachelor of Surgery.
