I Just completed my 10th.i wish to take PCB in 11th.Will taking hindi instead of Maths along with it be an issue?

Will not taking Maths with BIO be a problem? I wish to pursue Medical Career. are Maths based questions asked in PMT and NEET exams? What will be i able to opt if i do not clear entrance exam? Kindly do answer.
