I just completed my graduation and want to pursue hotel management. Should I go for 1 year or a 3 year course?

    Yes, you can pursue hotel management. I think you should go for B.Voc Degree in Hotel Management. The benefit is that if you left the course after 1 year then you will get Diploma, if after 2 years then you will get advance Diploma. B.Voc is a work integrated degree programme where applicants get opportunity to earn while learning. In this programme theory classes happen at The Hotel School (training hub partner) and practical training is conducted at leading star category hotels in Delhi and Haldwani, Uttarakhand. B.Voc degree in Hotel Management is offered by Tata Institute of Social Sciences - School of Vocational Education (TISS-SV

    In 1st year, you will get 6 months study in classroom and 6 months industrial training in star hotels without income. And in the 3 year only, the duration will increase. It is also Diploma course. So, it is better to go with 1 year instead of 3 years.

    You can go to one year ago course and you can specialise in your area of interest.
