I just completed TYBSc computer science with 50%. So now I want to do MSC. But what should I do.? MSc(CS) or MSc(IT).?

You go for anyone of them, they are almost same with little difference in minor and major subjects. These days almost all universities like Lovely, Manavrachna, Manipal etc are offering these courses.
