I just dropped CS and currently, I am in the final year of B.Com. What should I do now? Kindly sort this out.

You have dropped your CS, then please first think where your interest lie and what passionately you can do, accordingly plan in a manner. After graduation, there are many courses that are available. You can go for M.Com MBA, or short term certified course.
