I Just finished my 12th grade With PCM, I am Expecting somewhere around 75% on my CBSE boards. Which institutes can i try for B.COM.

Please Suggest Colleges, Keeping in mind the fact that i will only be getting around 75% and most of the colleges have a cut-off of more than 80% Thank you
