I just joined MBA and knew about the course SAP FICO, can I enter the course now or after completing my MBA i.e after two years?

As per the best of my knowledge, actually, there is no eligibility criteria, but it is recommended. You have a minimum 2 years of domain knowledge and/or some SAP working experience as end user or team member, but it is not compulsory.
