I just qualified in GATE. Is there any probability of getting any NIT. I have CGPA 9.3. Is there any chance of getting MS (R) in IIT/IIIT.

Depends on your score and for MS mainly on your practical and interviewing skills. If you are passionate about the course you want to get into talk to the professors there you have to propose what project you want to work in the field in the application process so think it through. All the best.
