is m.com necessary for entering in govt sector or a mba with work exp will b enough

a master degree is better.most of the private banks takes mba students fron their college campus.some PSU banks too take marketing officers directly from colleges.plues u can appear for IBPS exams for clarical & PO post in PSU banks.
