I just want to know what has a better scope in a pharmacy company, working as a LCM or a research associate?

My friend is currently working as a research associate in a pharmacy company, and has a chance to shift to a new team which is LCM, she just needs help to know which has a better scope. please help

    Happy to see your interest to help your friend, but it will be best for your friend to ask Shiksha by herself.
    You see lot of info' need to be cleared before we can give you a best answer.
    For instance;
    What is your friend's academic background- school, degree, and PG?
    Which year she finished each level?
    When did she join as Res. Assoc & how many months she can continue there?
    What remuneration she is getting now?
    Is the present / future team (LCM- Please expand) a govt. concern?
    What exactly is his/her personal ambition for a career?
    Whether he/she is married with obligations to family (aged parents + wife & children)?
