i just wanted to know is icwai a good line after finishing b.com i am very confused between MBA and ICWAI.

see, nothing can replace a degree. ICWAI is very good, but both are different. whereas MBA prepares a full manager, ICWAI prepares you for a specific career only.

Both are good if you think in your core paper than go for ICWAI and if you think apart of core paper you also diverse your field than go for MBA
