I just wanted to know whether B.Voc students are applicable for taking admission in MCA programme offered by LN Mishra college or not.

Yes any student with a 3 year Bachelor's degree or equivalent (vocational) in related subjects/fields with 50% marks (40% for reserved) are eligible to apply for the PG courses.
