Comprehension is one area in which you will do well.There are other areas like listening and speaking.So,you have to take a comprehensive course in English for finishing TOEFL.

Priscilla, generally coaching institutes offer TOEFL coaching for 1 to 2 months... Hence, you can take TOEFL within one month if the slots are available.
