I know work exp. plays an important role in final placements but is it compulsory that highest package will never be given to a fresher?

Hi, it's not true that people with work experience always get a higher package, however, it does benefit if you have some experience. Also, freshers get an equal chance to gain work experience. During their summer internship in the 1st year at BIMTECH, Greater Noida which can help you fetch higher packages.

Hi, there is no restriction like that. It purely depends on your overall performance. Considering all the factors. It might be possible that a fresher gets more package then an experienced person.
