I left 2nd year LLB without clearing few subjects in 2016. Now the college says I will have to restart as the course has changed. Can I?

    Yes, it is possible that you will have to restart your LLB course if you left in 2016 and the college says that the course has changed. This is because the syllabus of LLB courses is constantly evolving, and it is possible that the subjects that you have not cleared are no longer part of the current syllabus.
