I left my degree after 2nd year, can I get my TC back as I want to do another course from a different college & need it for admission?

Yes, you can get your transfer certificate or migration certificate back. You should go there and demand your TC from college administrators or proctor. All the best.

2nd year degree droput after continue degree. and chenge the course exit next continue 2nd year already 3rd semester passed 4th sem exam not attend.I'm totally confused please tell me
