i had left my graduation in 2005 when i was in final year.Now can i apply in delhi university as a fresh admission in this year.I have scored 76% marks in class 12 and from a schedule caste background.Would i get any sort a rebate.

Yes, but you have to get your TC and charactor certificates from your school again.

you need to produce a document of your not attending any institution and all and after that you can apply
