I left my studies. I have backlogs in 1st and 2nd year. Can I complete my degree through one sitting? Is it valid to get a private job?

First you have to clear your previous backlogs. After clearing the previous backlogs, you can clear your third year of degree in one sitting, if University is not following the semester system. Further 3 years degree are valid for all types of jobs.
