I like building,working on computer and doing experiments with flying objects so i wanted to select either of civil,ece,and aeronautical.

As per your liking and options given by you, Electronics & communications / Aeronautics are surely good options. Both are interdependent and inter related to each other. You only need to choose the one in which you have got the maximum interest. Job prospect wise also, both are good.
