I like to spend one year for the medical entrance coaching if I do not get a good rank this time. Is spending one year good or bad?

If you aim only at becoming a medical practitioner, then spending one year would not be a futile effort. But if you have that element of negative feelings, then it is always advisable that you do a regular graduation and along with your graduation prepare for entrance examinations as well. There are

don't think negative . practice a lot. if by chance you not select than you can spend one year more. if your dream career is to be a dr. so one year does not matter. focus on your goal.
my friend is their he have not score good rank , next year he try and got it. be positive
