I live in Bangladesh & completed a Diploma in civil technology in Government Polytechnic in 2012. Can I apply to civil for B.Tech (lateral)?

What is the fee for the same?

Yes, you can apply for B.Tech in civil engineering. I am also pursuing B.Tech in India after completing diploma in civil.
