I live in Delhi and I belong to OBC category. Can I get its benefits in GGSIPU counselling?

    An OBC Certificate holds a good value of around 27% when comes to get admission to IPU but you need to make sure that the Certificate you have should be central valid that means if you are enlisted in the central OBC list then you can apply with the Certificate else if your OBC Certificate is issued by the state.
