i live in kharar,punjab.what order of preference for branchs in engineering in terms of scope and placements should i prefer these days?

i have 3 choices-1. ITM University,gurgaon(for ECE),2.Punjabi University,Patiala(for mechanical or civil),3.swami sarvanand giri PUNJAB University regional centre,Hoshiarpur(for computer science or mechanical or civil. which one should i choose for better placement as per branch for gud placement?
