I live in Kolkata and want to do B.Ed course through distance education. Is it possible? I am a yoga instructor.

Yes, it is possible. Some universities provide distance B.Ed course. Only thing is you have to search for it. Even some colleges also allow students to give the exam without attending classes and all. Hope you got what you wanted to know.
