    Well you can find various forums online giving you tips on how to prepare for NET/JRF exam. some of them could be:
    Getting acquainted with the syllabus
    Prioritising the subjects
    Time Management
    Refer to past question papers
    You can refer to the book written by R.Gupta . It is written in a very lucid style and has extensive practice material with past papers.
