I'll be completing my BE in computer science branch in june 2013. please guide me with the details for best institutes for software testing

i'l complete my BE in CSE june 2013 with around average of 68%.i'm in search of government or equivalent institute to learn software testing.Preferable locations for learning would be delhi, mumbai, pune or indore. along with details of fee structure,entrance exam dates n future job scope.thank you.
