I'll be completing my PGDM in this June & want to go for Ph.D in HR. What steps should I follow? Which institutes can I apply for?

I have done PGDM in HR and marketing. What should I do to enroll in Ph.D this year only as I don't want to lose another year? My marks have been 71 % in the 1st-year and above 77% throughout.

For Ph.D, you need to complete your Master's or equivalent degree course and few universities do require NET score too. Keep a check on institutes like XLRI, IITs and other management institutes.
