I lost my job because i had placed notice period because of my father's critical condition and could not complete my notice period.
I could not complete notice period because my father's condition got worser and i was not given leaves and he finally passed away.

It is unfortunate that you have not been able to fulfill certain obligations on the part of the employee. But, you can't sit regretting and so, try for another job as early as possible.
