first, with 10th fail or without 12th you are not eligible for b.com. and if you will complete your b.com. again you are without 10th or 12th markshet. so you can not join any master degree.

The very first thing, which I want you to clarify is. if you are 10th fail, how can you go for graduation without completion of 12th? If you have completed graduation (BCom), going for a Business management is a better option than M Pharma.
