Hi Sheetal,
Keeping your concern in mind I would say that graduation in one sitting is not legal and not at all acceptable for higher education or jobs in any sector. It would be advisable to go for three years full time or distance under graduate degree program.

No, you will have to do graduation through the legal 3 years course. You cannot jump to 3rd year directly. There is no provsion of this in Indian education and this is also not legal.
