i m 20 and currently in b.e electrical engg i need to know that can i get a fresh undergraduate start in u.k or Germany in engginering.
wasting my 2 years in suffocating environment i need to head toward real knowledge and research.i tried hard the same thing here but i could not. my higher secondary score is 68% . kindly guide me if i am eligible or not and the procedures.

As per your profile as you have already completed your 2 years in engineering so I would suggest you to complete your undergraduate degree and then opt for masters degree from universities in UK or Germany.
