I'm 28 years old now. Which short term course should I go that can be done on weekends? I am a B.Com graduate and I passed it in 2012.

I have near about 1.5 years of experience in benefit administration. My monthly salary is 29k. I am looking for a decent hike on my salary that's why I want to do something with job so that it could add some value.
