I'm 42 years old. Can I join BA LLB in this college? I have completed 12th this year.

Hello, After the supreme court of India criticized their decision of the maximum age limit of 20 years for taking admission to the 5-year integrated law degree, Bar Council of India as an interim measure decided to increase the upper age limit for 5-year LLB course from 20 to 22, and for 3-year LLB from 30 to 45. BA LLB is a five-year course. Having passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board with a recommended minimum of 50% on aggregate, a candidate may apply for this course. Admission to most of the law schools/universities is done through a national level or university level entrance test. 3 year LLB, appearing for CLAT examination is not important. . However, it is not compulsory to appear for the CLAT. There are other entrance exams like the AILET, LSAT, and SLAT etc. A few colleges do provide admissions on the basis of 12th board results. Hello, Yes, you are eligible to do a 5 year integrated course from this university. The bar council has removed the age limits and do you are eligible.
