Dear, As you have done your 12th and then after you have not completed your Be but still you have good working experiences so according to me you should do E-MBA ( Executive - MBA ) which is four time better then MBA as E-MBA can be done by only experience person.

Sir, I think your graduation is yet to complete. First complete your graduation in any discipline and then do your dream MBA. More over you are to run long more steps. 43 yrs is not an old age in today's perspective. Go ahead with strong determination. Best wishes.......
