After completion of the degree only you can eligible for civil services. And also you can prepare from to day onwards for your target exam.

It's good that you have decided your carrer path at this level.First,you should complete your graduation.Choose the subjects wisely and be prepare for hard work.If possible, make a good group. You can join Rau's IAS Coaching.

complete graduation first than starts preparation for IAS meanwhile you may work on current affairs and GK by using competition related books and news paper.
