I m a 12th passed science student. I want to know that which one is better BUMS or BAMS. I have not studied both arabic as well sanskrit.

In general your choice should be BAMS. Even if you have no knowledge of Arabic or Sanskrit it doesn't matter. There won't be any much difficulty for to undergo either of these course without the knowledge of these two languages.
