I'm a 2016 engineering graduate with 1 year of work experience. I want to study abroad. What should I do among MBA and MS?

MBA might get you a quick job offer but MS would not only expand your knowledge base but also get you a top slot jobs and higher salary packages.

Many reasons.
1. About 90% of those who go abroad to pursue M.S don't come back home. As soon as they finish they get job and settle there. This means good career opportunities. 10% come back home not because they didn't get job but by their personal choice. Even when they come to India by the virt

According to my opinion, MBA is a better option than MS. It has more scope to get a job.

According to me, MBA will be the best suited for you as you have already work experience and with MBA you can get the chance of high package in various leading companies in the role of manager. Whereas with MS, you will go deep in your technical stream only and will be limited.

If you feel you have the managerial aptitude and you can really lead and do things, then you can do MBA. If you feel your stream of engineering is your real taste and given a chance you will do PhD then, it is better to do M.Sc and select the correct specialisation.
