I'm a 2nd-year SOL student waiting for the result & am interested in accounts, business, English and tax subjects, what course should I do?

As you said that you have a keen interest in accounts, business & taxation. I think you can choose CA as a better option for that. -
You can look out for ACCA, CFA CPA and other accounting and tax related courses. You can also go for financial modelling for starters.
