I m a 2nd yr btech studnt in orissa. Recently i heard about scholarships given by various companies/ govt. Can u guide me in getting one ?

I am a 2nd yr student of CSE branch in Orissa. My +2 % is - 69 & my 10th % - 84. I hav passed 10th in 2008 & 12th in 2010. But during these days, i.e, after 2 yrs, i got some information of some sort of scholarships by various companies. So, can u guide me to get one ??
