I'm a 3rd year information Science engineering student. I've had 9 backs in the past. Do I stand a chance to do MS abroad after engineering?

Hi,
Yes, you still do. It will depend on how well you fare in your final exams, projects, internship, SOP, reference letters and so on. You may not be eligible to apply in certain universities but there will be many options.
